Meet the Facilitators

A few years ago James and Jan discovered something magic. No matter how down, deadened they felt, when they came together and boxed they left feeling embodied, powerful and alive. Something about fighting each other - with care, love and respect - was like an on switch for empowerment.

They knew this needed to be shared with other men. Taking their combined histories in coaching, embodiment, movement and transformation they led 10 wildly successful retreats and workshops changing lives in the process.

Jan-Willem’s passion for fighting stemmed from being bullied as a kid and struggling with anxiety that affected how he showed up in life. He continued to hide and run away from any sort of conflict, but by embodying his Warrior he’s been able follow his passion in life, become a successful entrepreneur and build his dream life in Bali.

Though we don’t often get to practice them, these parts of us never go away. They just get pushed to the side, until they come back in ways that sabotage our relationships or our purpose.

In a culture that shuns these parts of the masculine and brands them as toxic. We need now more then ever men that know their Warrior. Men that know their limits because they’ve had a chance to test them.
